I'm Brad David — 23 years old, CanFitPro certified trainer based in Nova Scotia, Canada. I've been training for over 6 years, played rugby throughout university, and currently train MMA and BJJ.

My whole training career has been built around staying lean, performing well, and continuously improving my physique. That obsession with body composition is what shaped my coaching style — and why body recomposition is what I do best.

I coach people from all walks of life — whether you want to drop fat, build lean muscle, or overall live a healthier lifestyle. No experience is needed, no perfect starting point, just a plan that works and a coach who shows up.

Absolutely. I coach beginners all the time, whether they want to lose fat or build muscle. Your plan will be built for your current level and we progress from there. Everyone starts somewhere.
Check-ins happen via Instagram DM or WhatsApp — whichever works best for you. Full Access clients also get bi-weekly video calls.
Most clients see visible changes within 3–4 weeks when they follow the plan consistently. The more you put in, the faster it works.
Yes — cancel anytime with 7 days notice before your next billing date. No contracts, no lock-ins.
Once you select a plan you'll be directed to a secure Stripe checkout page. Payment is via any major credit or debit card in USD. Monthly plans are billed automatically each month and you can cancel anytime.
